Hear from ETO’s Autumn 2025 company about bringing the upcoming tour to life – find out more about English Touring Opera, this season’s creative process, what you can expect from the evening’s performance. Bring along your questions – there will also be a short Q&A to conclude the talk! Performed in English with English surtitles and complete with exquisite music played by a 16 piece orchestra, The Elixir of Love is one of Donizetti’s most frequently staged operas and a classic will-they-won’t-they story packed with warmth and romance. Cold fish and chips, a windy seaside town and melted ice cream set the scene for ETO’s new production.
